Solution:
നാണയങ്ങളെ 12 ഉം 18 ഉം ഉള്ള രണ്ടു കൂട്ടങ്ങളായി പിരിക്കുക. ആദ്യത്തെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ x തലകൾ കാണുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ രണ്ടാമത്തെ കൂട്ടത്തിൽ (12 – x ) തലകൾ കാണുന്നുണ്ടാകും. ഇനി ആദ്യത്ത കൂട്ടത്തിലെ എല്ലാ നാണയങ്ങളെയും മറിച്ചിട്ടാൾ ആ ഭാഗത്തും (12 – x ) തലകൾ കാണും.

Separate the coins into 2 groups, 12 and 18. (If the first group has x heads-up coins, the second one has to have 12-x heads-up coins.) Then, if you turn over all the coins in the first group, you would get 12-x heads-up coins in it as well.
